• IMPORTANT! READ THIS!!!
  On the shipping information section, if possible please give us a business address to ship the package to instead of a house address. UPS usually delivers to business addresses 2 days faster, and the package is less likely to be delayed or lost! If you don’t have a business address to ship to, then your home address is fine.

• Shipping Delays
  Please remember to put your FULL address including the Number, Street, City, State and Zip Code and any other part of your complete address that UPS will need to deliver the box. If you just type in the street name and not the address number, we can’t ship it out. Also, please make sure and double check that your zip code is accurate. Some cities have several similar zip codes that only the last one or two digits are different. So, please make sure that you give us the correct zip code for your exact area, so that UPS doesn’t delay the shipment.

• Tracking Your Package
  Once your package is shipped, you will get an email sent to the email address you give us on the order form. The email will have your UPS Tracking Number (don’t get this mixed up with your order number, which is emailed to you right after you order) You can use the UPS Tracking Number or your Order Number to track the shipment on our home page. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses will be sent via US Post Office and will not have any tracking information available.

• How much is shipping?
  The cost of shipping depends on how many things you order, and where you live. You can check shipping rates on the website by clicking on whatever you want to buy, and putting in the qty. Click on "Buy It" Then enter your zipcode and click "checkout" It will show you the total for shipping before you have to pay.

• Special Instructions
  Please do not give us special SHIPPING instructions in the special instructions box at checkout. We cannot control how UPS chooses to deliver a package. Once you recieve your package's UPS tracking number you may call and give them special delivery instructions.

• House Addresses
  If you choose to ship to a home address, please make sure you are home when the package arrives, or leave a note on the door telling UPS where to leave it, and sign the note. If not, they will take it with them and have to deliver it the next day.

• How long does shipping take?
  Orders are usually shipped the following day. Shipping within the continental U.S. takes about 5-7 days not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Orders paid by personal check will not be shipped until we recieve notification that the check has cleared (approximately two weeks from the date of deposit). For APO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii see details below.

• No PO BOX
  We can not ship to a PO BOX, so please do not put a PO BOX for your shipping address

• APO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii
  If you are an APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii shipment just choose the "UPS within the US" option for shipping, and the order will be shipped by the US Post Office instead. Shipping may take 10-14 days. Orders of 5 decks or more are sent as bulk shipments and may take 3-5 weeks. Tracking numbers are not available for Shipments sent via US Post office.
